    Soto is not worthy of a Maidana fight, not in the same league, he'd get destroyed.

    Soto is a bum!!!

    When he had somewhat a little name recall, he fought a bunch of nobodies.

    Now that he is out of the limelight, he is trying to ride on other boxers name.

    He is better off fighting bums. He is a gatekeeper.

    He wants Khan again. Almost had him a couple times, and thinks he can get it done.

    But what he must not realize is that after Peterson, if Bradley still refuses, the Khan is going to Floyd. PERIOD.:deal

    Maidana turned it down over money, fine. But the fact is, that's just another case of overvaluing your self worth. Everybody knows how poorly Maidana-Morales did on PPV. It was a disaster, even with a great undercard on paper.

    It appears Soto was ready to take this fight. And I don't think it would've been some massive split in his advantage. Meanwhile, Marcos hasn't made any kind of money since the Morales fight. Hell, if he had taken the fight and blasted Soto, maybe there would be a lot more talk about him fighting Floyd right now. Then he'd be rich. So maybe he ****ed himself.

    If he's getting more money fighting McCloskey, it's logical he'd take that fight. He's a ranked JWW, and Maidana has the chance to beat him more convincingly than Khan or Prescott could and it could help him get closer to a Khan rematch. Beating Soto would do nothing for Maidana, what the hell has he proven?
