First I have to say what an excellent contest where both competitors showed great fighting heart.
Although Broner lost, he showed amazing spirit and heart to fight on, even when hurt.
Maidana showed something different (we will get to that) and as underdog won in a hard fought battle.
    Congrats to both men

    Now...

After watching the excellent battle between Adrian Broner and Marcus Maidana, I was very interested with how Maidana has changed his style and taken on using the aggressive European style, which is what I think carried him to victory.
I think Broner would benefit by going to Europe and learning how to counter that style to enhance his already proven natural ability.
Styles make fights and watching last night I felt Broner would be exposed if fighting on the European scene at WW. Tough excellent WWs who can fight and counter that aggressive style in Brook, Gavin and Ion would also have made for a long night.

Think you need to go back and analyse the styles a bit more closely. You saw how the style could be used last night

Several fighters. Do you not watch fighters from Europe?
Purdy was using a similar style also but was not successful, possibly due to being against a fighter experienced to that style?

He fought a style of Chavev Sr. Coming forward ripping hooks to the body.

Did julio cesar chavez fight like a European to you as well? Putting the pressuse on isn't a style secluded to just one area.

There is no such thing as a Euro style.
