This should bring floyd back from retirement. A jr welterweight is calling him out.

In other words he's looking for a payday. There's not a chance in this world that Marcos feels he actually will win. Not that he'll throw the fight but he would have already lost by going in knowing his chances in winning are "slim to none". And knowing he'll be receving a career high pay day won't help his preparation when the outcome is inevitable.

Before every one starts bashing maidana, and say is baldomir all over again.......it might be, but its not insane to call out two fighters that might instantly propel you to super satar in the boxing world if you put up a great fight or won, after all its every pros dream to rise to the top.

Doesn't hurt to try, can't hit the ball if you dont swing...

If he looked befuddled with Morales, he'd be chasing shadows all night against Floyd and inevitably get trashed to bits.

This would be ugly. Floyd would just counter Maidana to death. It will be like the Gatti fight.

Marcos must realize he isn't going to be the elite of the elite after getting clowned on by a one-eyed Morales, who shouldn't even be boxing anymore and is fighting in a division much too large for him, so he wants to simply cash out in style.

Perfect fight for Mayweather... one he's got literally zero chance of losing!

    Make it happen.

I can see Erik beating Devon. Devon doesn't strike me as a smart fighter, but he doesn't have Maidana's heart either.

    Bradley UDs him.

    Amir stops him.

I see JMM and Zab being competitive until Juan takes over. Juan by UD.

I love what Marcos brings, but Floyd wins this easily.

Floyd doesn't fight no names that can't help him sell the PPV. check the records.
