Naive thinking. Khan won't go anywhere near Maidana, hence why he already paid him not to enforce his mandatory position as interim belt holder.

maidana has a meaningless comeback fight lined up, and says he wants khan next. everyone says khan will duck him.

when this exact sitauation was reversed and khan lined up a meaningless fight with casa leading to a fight with maidana at end of the year. everyone says khan is ducking.

khan fights barrera, it is a mismatch and he should step up. soto fights barrera it is a huge mexican fight.
