Nothing has changed in my opinion of Matthyse-Maidana.

Lucas stops Chino.

Matthyse is 5 levels better than Karass.

Exactly.

Maidana isn't an elite fighter, but he's world class.

Karass is not world class. He's a journeyman.

Maidana simply did what he was supposed to do. Beat up a journeyman.

 

Hatton is so washed up that he can't even beat his dad.

Maidana murders the current Hatton.

 

Well fat Morales gave him a fight so it's possible Hatton still has enough in the bottle to beat him

How can you tell when he was fighting a bum. He still looked like crap to me.

 

He looked better then in Alexander fight by far. Some improvement and JSK is a tough SOB at his best weight ( 147lbs ).

 

Different styles entirely.

Morales has more natural skill in his left nut than Hatton has in his body.

So even though he's old, fat, and shot, he still had enough skill to trouble Maidana.

Hatton's style was always built on strength, energy, and aggression. He has none of Morales' crafty skills.

 

He's the same fighter he was last fight. People need to stop exaggerating about improvements in one fight. He was up against a guy who is tough, but crude. Maidana looked this fight in his fight with Khan. Watch it again, he's not that much different.

Alexander would school him again.

 

Hmmmmmmmmmm........ ever consider that just MAYBE that's because Alexander is 2 light years more skilled than Karass?

Perhaps you should consider that...........
