Maidana at the most won 3 or 4 rounds. 2 referees had it 117-110 the other 115-112

 

I didn't. See most here don't know **** about boxing. Mostly everyone here thinks just cause a big time favorite will win it easily while that same big time favorite fighter isn't focusing on the same fight. <<Rather thinking about something else. Maidana just like Alexander made a mistake of not focusing on their seperate fights cause it came close for their loses.

I took the over eventually. Figured Maidana doesn't have the sharpness in his technique to just blast out a crafty SOB like Corley early 9 times out of 10, unless Corley is completely shot. But then I kept thinking, if Corley is in any trouble at all, they might just have a pisswilly ref that calls it fast. I'm glad I went with the over.

Maidana was taking it easy on Corley to bait Khan into a fight. If Maidana wouldve stopped Chop Chop, Khan wouldve vacated his titile to avoid him again.

 

Gotta give it to you. You were right about it Corley putting up a fight. I expected a blowout. Maidana had all he could handle.

 

Definitely. He piled up enough punishment to the vital organs area that you'd expect most boxers to have been turned into statues by the championship rounds, not picking up the pace.

Maidana, though, may have shortened his career a bit by not coming in prepared to end this early (assuming he could have). His defense is a bit leaky and he took a good many headshots from awkward angles he couldn't spot.

Well duh. I called it, i said before the fight that Maidana won't be focused. He's been talking so much trash about Khan. I bet he talk more then him training.

 

Maidana can train all he wants and Khan would still school him.
