Do NOT post about HBO in here.

I will report the post and request the mods ban you if I see any spoilers. (and they will probably oblige)

    Round 1

Hopkins is circling to his right and holding his right glove up against his cheek. Charlo throws a few quick flashy combos. Left hook to the body by Hopkins. Charlo is gauging the distance with his jab. Wide steps by Charlo, squatting a bit to keep his balance solid. Charlo follows a throwaway jab with a hard right hand lunging in and clips Hopkins as he pulls back, barely in time to avoid taking it flush. Hopkins flurries back.

    10-9 Charlo

When I said earlier that Kamegai and Perez was right next to each other in the boxrec rankings.

I've just looked at their rankings for the triple header.

Maidana is rated 14 at Welterweight and Lopez 12 (Leonard Bundu between them)

For this fight Charlo is rated 20 and D-Hop 18

Between them is Angulo at 19- he however is in a mismatch with Lara at 7.

My point is: I don't have one :conf

The message needs to get across.

If you were recording HBO on DVR (as many watching Showtime probably are) would you want to unexpectedly read "OMG PEREZ KO1 GAMBOA, KNOCKOUT OF THE YEAR HOLY **** HE IS TAKEN OUT ON A STRETCHER!" because some goofball made a so-called mistake?

It's still kind of sunny out @ Home Depot Center. :blood

It's been dark for longer here than can be explained with the difference in time zone. :yep

I'm watching both at work. I got a double screen. My boss got it me so I could keep my eye on work while I'm watching boxing rather than just watching boxing.

This is a far better use though.

    Round 2

Hopkins is ducking and swinging his arms around Charlo to pull him in close, grinding his head into Charlo's ribs. Charlo works jabs and short combos as they stand at mid-range and reflectively pull up and replant the tent stakes of their feet to stay in position and spy for openings. Pretty dull stuff.

    10-9 Charlo

    20-18 Charlo

    Round 3

Hopkins is sticking his jab while circling left, but Charlo is getting his on point faster and sharper. Hopkins moves to his right, keeping the right hand glued to his face, and lets it fly. Charlo shows quick reflexes, leaning over to his side to dodge.

    10-9 Charlo

    30-27 Charlo

Ronnie Shields wants Charlo to pick up the pace.
