    Aguirre circles left with his guard up high as he leans to either side, stretching above the waist. Pereyra comes slapping in with a triple hook that gets the guard to tighten up and Aguirre to back up. Not much else is happening. Aguirre circles, pecks his way in with a jab and gets flurried back out by some wild underhand body shots by Pereyra. They trade feel-out jabs as Aguirre slides his feet back and Pereyra cautiously encroaches. Aguirre's reaches a bit better. Pereyra pushes out an up-jab that is very slow but enough to keep Aguirre quiet for the most part. Pereyra suddenly quickens his step and goads Aguirre into an exchange, where Pereyra lands best with his wild left hooks landing unseen on the side of Aguirre's head.

    Aguirre hunkers down, wearing his shoulders as a high collar and backing up. Pereyra walks him down while pushing out his jab but wanders straight into a short counter! Pereyra is backed up quickly as Aguirre turns the tables on him and slugs away with patiently situated hooks to the body and rights down the pipe. Pereyra manages to stay on the ropes and out of further danger, ducking and swinging wildly in counter to create a leather moat around himself. BIG KNOCKDOWN scored by Aguirre! Pereyra's mouthpiece flew out and across the ring!

    Aguirre crouches and rolls his way in with swerving upper body motions while pawing out his jab and waving a light hook. Pereyra backs up and snaps his jab. Hard right by Aguirre as he tries to pin Pereyra on the ropes, but he gets blocked. Pereyra answers back with a spirited straight combo to get free, but Aguirre in turn blocks everything. Constant swooping and diving pressure by Aguirre now. Jabs landing for Aguirre as he submerges and breaches to throw from odd angles at Pereyra's face. Pereyra can't escape the jab and isn't getting much of his own offense off while backing up, falling short with his jab. HARD right to the hip by Aguirre, lunging out a full body length at Pereyra. 1-2 by Aguirre as he falls in against Pereyra, who taps him with some hooks to the body. BIG hook by Aguirre to end another round.
