This could go either way quite honestly. Lopez's lack of defense would certainly help Villasana. I don't think Lopez can stop Villasana, who has faced monster punchers like Nelson, Garza, and Esparragoza and withstood their punches. But I can actually see Villasana hurting Lopez and perhaps even stopping him. Villasana has a good chance to beat Lopez but it would be a savage fight.
