Mares/Moreno on October 13th

Mares is a warrior. Moreno is a very difficult style of boxing for him. Great fight.

 

Love this fight. Love it. The only downside is having the card go up against Donaire-Nishioka. For me, all 4 fighters are in the top 10 P4P - it's not fair that we have to pick one card over the other.

 

Great fight, but why not move it a week one way or the other? Only boxing would cannibalize its own audience this way.

 

**** I hope this happens. I have Moreno taking the win, but Mares should make it a damn good fight. Fuuuck I hope this fight happens.

Moreno is probably the most difficult fight he can have at this point at he's about to make it happen. Careful what you wish for.

 

this is one of the best fights out there imo... really happy if it gets made..

 

I'm just shocked at the underestimating of Mares. He's like the Mexican Carl Froch, no matter that he fights the best fighters in his division (and most avoided ones at that), he wins and still mostly Moreno UD picks? I'm going with experience in this one, for fighters at roughly the same age, Mares has fought the best and faced adversity at every corner and came out on top. I'm not ever going to count him out.

I don't disagree with anything you've said there, but just think Moreno might be the Andre Ward of his division.
