There is talk of Lomachenko fighting Rigo sometime after Lomachenko knocks out Salido. Lomachenko will beat Rigo, knock him out............

I'll go with thejap dude or Santa Cruz, Donaire would have beaten if he didn't target rigo's head all night long

I've been wanting to watch some of Yamanaka's fights, this thread just reminded me of that

The one who can beat Rigo is the one who is willing AND Can take a punch to try land a punch bcus donaire and agbeko both realised they didn't want to taste Rigo's shots when they were coming in. I mean look at the last round with donaire, he knocked Rigo down off the break in the 11th and then because of that, and knowing donaire would come swinging for the KO in round 12, Rigo smashed his right hand into donaire's left eye and for the rest of the round donaire went into survival mode as opposed to all out warrior aggressor. Probably also because he thought f uck it I've lost what's the point in trying to win and possibly get KO'ed myself in the process

If Santa Cruz turns out in the fight to be a margo with skills then that would be interesting indeed

But you see rigo and you think how would they do it?

As for mares, he might get caught with the peach perfect shot by RIgo and get spaghetti legged, but he is a very good fighter and I guess he also has a chance

If you consider Featherweights, than Jhonny, Vetyeka, Donaire rematch, and Mares, in that order probably, deserve shouts as having chances against Rigo... Next you dig down to Gradovich, the long body of a long faded Celestino Caballero, Walters' punch, or Orlando Salido and none of them have a shot really.

Slim pickings indeed for someone to rival Rigo.

Santa Cruz is the man to make it exciting... GB vs. TR, yesssssss...

    Bantamweights moving up:

    Yamanaka
    Moreno

    Nobody else worth discussing...

Julio Ceja would have a better chance than Moreno due to his punching power.

And he's never been legit beaten.

Lomachenko is the only one who will compete with Rigo. Mares and Santa Cruz won't give him enough problems to win. I would bet on Rigo in every fight but Lomachenko, in which case I'd roll with Lomachenko.
