Marg-Mosley for the ring belt?

on the ring website. it was 55% said no. close but split decision

 

How excactly? He is too old to out manouvre Margarito and certainly cant knock him out, how does he win?

They might as well make it for the Ring title because Margo has pretty much beaten every top 5 welterweight after Mosley. It doesn't make sense to have to beat Cotto again before he gets the Ring belt due to a lame technicality.

 

WIlliams was rightfully ahead of Margarito when he fought Cotto and if he goes back to 147 and Margarito doesnt fight him it makes a mockery of the whole thing

 

Box the slow ass like Clottey, Williams and Sanots did. Mosley will have a gameplan and wont lay on the ropes. Margarito does no good work in the middle of the ring.

 

Williams was the rightful number 2. Margo shouldn't be given the title till he fights him.

 

This amazes me.

Mosley hasn't fought at 147 in over a year.

(He hasn't won at 147 in nearly 2 years)

His last fight was at 154.

He's ranked 3rd.


Williams fought at 147 6 months ago. His last two fights have been at 154.

He's not even ranked.

yeah but Margarito doesnt have the nuts. I tell you what, if Mosley wins than Cotto-Mosley II has got to happen for the ring belt

 

Margo has the nuts, his promoter doesn't.

 

Ring has no champion right now...they have margo as #1 and Cotto #2 and Mosley #3...
