Margarito: 150 lb - Pac: 144.6 !!

This fight should have been in vegas, that was a very subdued weigh-in...

I knew they were going for speed, but 144.6 but damn...

 

Manny came in lighter than in his last two fights against welterweights. <he looked good, but he looked stronger for his last two fights. I´m expecting Manny to go out there and try to outscore Margarito.



EDIT: My statement is wrong, Pac came in at 144 against Cotto...
On a side note, my nephew just saw the weigh in pictures and asked me if Margarito (pointing at the fighters) was Pacquiao´s big brother, lol.

 

144.6 lbs for Pac (and that's with socks, shorts and a big rosary on), jeez.

That's too light, the training camp problem is undeniable. Ariza didn't do his job right. Heck, Manny is heavier in his ODLH weigh-in 2 years ago!

Either this is a disaster for Team Pac, or they're planning something cunning - like blinding Margo with tremendous speed from the get-go.

 

Did anyone notice Margaritos hair was wet. Probably sweat. It looks like he was working off those extra pounds.

 

I didnt notice it because of a bad connection, but good spot :good

 

Yea i watched it on tv in hd and thats the first thing i noticed.

6lb difference wont kill pac i think.

i was surprised he didnt come in at 140

145 is fine to me. Pac isn't exactly a big ****in' guy. Anything above 147 for him seems too much.

 

if he's going to be 144.6, I thought he'd be more cut than that

 

Pac sure doesn't look as cut before. Especially next to Margarito. Of course he'll still whoop Margarito of course :good

 

I think this will stop people from being crazy pitting Pac against Martinez/PW.
