Margarito: A real classless act

    For awhile there, Antonio Margarito was beginning to become one of those stories in boxing that, if you saw it on the big screen, you would cry that his trials and tribulations are that of which would be unrealistic.
    The classless Margarito mocks Freddie Roach's Parkinsons

    A young kid from Tijuana who would come to the ring in a shower curtain as a robe and a Burger King crown, who turned pro at the tender age of sixteen, and who suffered three defeats in his first nine bouts. That did not necessarily sound like the recipe for a future world champion.
    But Margarito persevered, overcoming several trials and tribulations throughout a long and tough career that included many battles and letdowns that most fighters would not have been able to rebound from. There was the tough technical decision loss to Daniel Santos in their 2004 rematch, which even in defeat served the public notice that Margarito was a guy to look out for. Not just anybody could make Daniel Santos, who usually can put observers to sleep, an exciting opponent.

    Great thread. I've been saying for years that Margarito is basically the moral equivalent of Stalin.

    He is quite possibly the most evil man in the history of the world.

    if you speak spanish then you would know what margo said.....he said (oooooooooooo freddy roach i'm scared)....of course while trembling in fear, not making fun of roach....a lot of us came to that conclusion when the video first hit the web....rios went overboard though


    now, this morning margo said thats exactly what he was doing......

    Get the **** out of here with that soft ****, Margarito wasnt making fun of Roach regardless you will always look for something to hate on him about so in that sense **** the apologies.... cast stones bricks will come back at ya

    Who cares the fight is 2days away! I doubt roach lost any sleep over it. Only thing Garcia should get on Rios ass, sometimes its best to just STFU!
