Margarito after Cotto picture....

Are there any Cotto pictures post fight? ie a few hours after? day after?

He must have looked like the elephant man.

 

Allot of this blood was from Cotto nose and mouth , not so much damage to eyes like margarito . .

Margarito showed signs of damaged around the eyes after round 2 , you could see his eyes swell .

I think Cotto got the worse of things, but Margari took some damage also.

I agree. The difference in the fight was that Margo could take Cotto's best shots and Cotto couldn't take Margo's best shots. And Cotto couldn't breathe well from the second round on.

 

If you watched the fight through objective eyes as opposed to through Margarito nuthugger eyes then you would have seen what the rest of the world seen.

The first 6 rounds Cotto gave Margarito a boxing lesson.
The next 4 rounds were close.
Obviously the 11th was Margaritos....when Cotto was too exhausted to
continue and intelligently took a knee.

So, where the hell where you during the fight?

 

Cotto outboxed margo 1st 6 rounds true... but he also got caught a few times... the relentless pressure was building up at this time.... cotto had already sustained a bloody nose and cut above his left eye by round 3... so yes, while Cotto was winning most of the early rounds with cleaner punches.... margo was working away

After round 6 Cotto realises even his best head shots are not going to stop margo.... So he runs....while Margo stalks him... each time he stops to deliver a combo to margos head... he also sustains damage and margo has him hurting a few times.... round 11 cotto finally submits and accepts he cant take margos punishment
