Margarito beating Cotto...

does it really? pacs best win above 135 is considered cotto by many, if he gets his ass beat again it will look bad.
Best scenario is an even fight where cotto edges out a decision, which is also the most logical scenario imo.
I just want cotto to redeem himself, if its by brutal ko or close decision doesnt matter, as long as he gets his hand raised im happy.

 

He was caught cheating the fight right after the Cotto fight so he cheated in the Cotto fight for sure. He should never be able to box again. but anyhow styles makes fights and Margarito has the style to hang with Cotto. But if he didnt have bricks he would'nt have won the fight because I dont know what you guys saw but Cotto was upp on the cards and boxing the **** out of Margarito.

If Margarito wins I will be veery surprised

The only chance Margarita has is if Cotto slips on a banana peel.

He was starching Margarita for the 1st 7 rounds.


Few observations:

1. His Uncle/Trainer kept bragging about how cut up he was about a month and 1/2 before the fight and that he is ready to fight tomorrow.
Which concerned me that he peaked too soon.
(Cotto began training early for that fight with weights as well)

2. Bad gameplan back peddling and laying off after some solid connections.

3. Not committing to the body.

4. Laying on the ropes.


This will not repeat.....Margarita is in for a nasty Pummelling and a horrific
old fashion ass kicking!!!

 

Very good response. I don't think Cotto is shot enough to lose to Margo as I believe he didn't fight fair the first time.. But if he pulls off the win in similar fashion, I will reconsider my thoughts on him cheating in the first fight... I just don't see why he would cheat for Mosley and not Cotto.... makes no sense to me.
