Here are the facts to the situation (notice I said to the situation, not some old "DLH fougth better fighters" garbage that you **** out...)
1. He challenged the winner. FACT
2. When Margarito won, he tried to pull some "I don't want to fight another Mexican" line of bull****, which you probably swollowed, seeing as you swollow anything DLH
3. DLH also said "Maybe I'll fight Paul Williams" when we all know that would not happen in a million years. Just a weak excuse.
4. At the time, it was not "FIght ONLY EITHER PAC OR MARGARITO" dumb****. The talks of a fight w/ Pac came later on.

If DLH came back, it would not be to fight Margarito. And most importantly, it would depend on how Margarito looked vs. Pac. If TOO good, then **** no. If really bad, then DLH would look bad in the process of trying to fight him.

 

****...ASSOL (his real lname on ESB) defends Margarito except when it comes to his hero, DLH. HE's was deep in denial, prettty much like harcore fanstics of any boxer.

 

I don't care how he looks. I'd watch the fight if Margo looks great or terrible.

 

So would I, to an extent. The more faded Margarito gets, the better a fight it would be for DLH.

 

I'll give it to Margo, I don't like him. But he's an exciting fighter to watch. That's why I don't have too much of a problem with him fighting Pac. I do think he loses to Pac though. And if he were to fight Cotto or De La Hoya after (I think the DLH fight has little chance to actually coming off) that would be a big fight. But I guess it all comes down to how he looks against Pac.

 

I agree. I was a HUGE fan of Margarito for years. That pretty much made me Floyd fanboy enemy #1. But since the hand wraps thing, I must admit I lost some respect. Same thing happened with SSM and th Balco scandel.
