Margarito can be easily outboxed!

I'll agree, Margo can be out boxed and out hustled by a one miguel angel cotto

 

They will stand their and trade mark my words ..Did watch how he and Mosley stood in front of each other and just swung for the fences .Sure it was a tactical fight but since Margs and Cotto are both pressure fighters just wait and see ..

 

As long as the guy fighting Margarito isn't psychologically damaged the way Cintron was, then yes, he can be outboxed.

 

of course santos was ahead, it was in puerto rico, against a mexican who aint even known, and they already had beef from before.....

and your right, spicing up a fight is always great, but god damn am i tore apart that 2 of my fav's are fighting each other :|

 

I did watch the Mosley cotto, and you're half right, because that only went as far as the 6th round. Mosley started boxing and effectivly. then Cotto started boxing as well...
But for the sake of a great fight, I do hope your right and its another Barrera Morales1. let me ask u though, do you think Cotto can beat Margo in that type of fight?

You're right he isn't.

Margo should have easily handled Williams. The problem was he didn't respect Williams enough. While Williams isn't a hard puncher he does take quite a punch (being he is basically a middleweight).

Margo felt like he could just throw one punch at a time and eventually end the fight on one punch. So he let Williams throw in volume while he concentrated on one punch at a time. It wasn't until late in the fight that Margo realized he needed to put punches together. But by that time it was too late.

Granted some still felt like Margo won. That ought to be a testament to how a rematch would likely go.

 

Don't see your point:huh Are you trying to insinuate that since Williams is not much of a boxer, "Imagine what Cotto would do"?

 

If Cotto didn't seem like the type of fighter who loved the fans I would say this would be easy. Floyd doesn't give a damn, he will pot shot and run all night and do what it takes to win. I don't know if Cotto has the mentality to do that, he seems like the type to at some point set his feet and try to trade and I think that will not work to his favor against Margo.
