    Actually, I have NEVER seen it. The California commission ****ed this up big time. When the prosecutor said she would press charges and didn't follow through I figured it was for lack of evidence. The final commission report was pretty vague about what they found.

    Between the quotes, the transcripts of the disciplinary hearings, the photos from them and the testimony from the inspectors that have been posted many, many times .....I don't know how you missed it.

    What we know.

    These pads were Pre Treated 2 weeks prior
    Had a white substance smeared over them.
    Pads were hard.
    Margarito now acknowledges that the pads would have done damage to Mosley.
