Margarito es un hombre inocente. Yo no le puedo creer que personas lo venderĂan fuera similar esto sin un ensayo justo.

They may not have any evidence that he actually wore loaded gloves in a fight. All they have evidence of, and lots of it, is that he tried to wear loaded gloves into a fight vs Mosley, and even then, they probably can't prove that he knew they were loaded. Doesn't mean he didn't know. Doesn't mean the gloves weren't loaded.

But the evidence that the gloves were loaded(before Nazim intervened) vs Mosley is readily available. Is this even debatable anymore?

that argument can simply end with "was there something illegal there or not"

but there's more to it then that...all this traces of this and traces of that is ****en fishy to me...why not just come out and say YES THERE WAS PLASTER OF PARIS THERE......and besides all that, we still gotta determine wether or not margo knew...so far, his actions show that he didnt know

why else would he fire his long time trainer/father figure...why would capetillo right away take blame...literally like the next day he was saying sorry to everybody including margo....there was no ****en time for somebody to just go and pay him off , that's fairytale talke right there......

no man would risk his livelihood, time in prison and the rest of his career to fall on the sword for a fighter that aint even worth millions.....

I think both sides can agree that there are certain things we just don't know.

But there was an illegal substance on an illegal pad in his gloves. It was more than traces. I've seen no reliable or credible sources saying it was merely traces.

It all boils down to whether you believe Margarito or not when he says he didn't know. That is the only argument that remains.

another thing is that over 10 people felt that pad before they even confiscated it.......that's some weird ****

you can't just tamper with evidence like that...it's wrong and that should've been brought to light

It would have been 'pre-arranged' for Capetillo to fall on his sword from the conception of the plan. No need for the money earner to take the fall. Not a good business plan. I gave him the benefit of the doubt until this hearing when he admited the pads would have ****ed up Mosely. Just too many professionals in the field say it would have been unlikely for him not to know that the pads weren't right. Once he admitted the pads were indeed 'weapons' as Richardson had said, I had little doubt left. We had a discussion where you insisted that boxing in California is a down right dirty business and you pretty much have to cheat to stay even. Now you want to take all that back? Sorry, I think he thought he could get away with it in California. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE in boxing knows Richardson always insists on being there to watch the opponents hands get wrapped. How did they manage to get the pads in before Richardson even showed up? The more I think about this the more it stinks dude.

I'm not a Raphael lover but come on. You see Arum or anyone else out there refuting this account? Arum would have been on the phone to ESPN followed by a cease and desist. If your arguments hinge on the fact this isn't the "official transcript" then you don't have much. He may have reported the worst to suit his bias, but in his position, he probably reported it pretty accurately.
