Those were just off the top of my head. Cotto/Margarito 1 was a good fight. But obviously tainted because Margarito was cheating.

Anyone who brings that up WRT boxing, doesn't know much about it.

Margarito is a welterweight version of Leo Santa Cruz, with less skill and a better chin.

He was bigger and stronger than virtually any Welterweight was. Which he used to his advantage.

But when he was welterweight world champ he would regularly weigh well under 160 on fight night.

Hell I'd say he came into the ring most often as the lighter man.

I remember how well Margarito absorbed and ignored the shots from Cotto thst night.

I think Cotto is actually a harder puncher than Margarito. And it was Cotto who was landing the harder and cleaner shots all night. But it didn't seem to affect Margarito, at all.

It was like hitting a brick wall. The power shots for Cotto didn't stop Margarito. Cotto just couldn't hurt him.

As soon as Cotto landed a hard and clean combo he backed up retreated. Because Margarito was running him down like he wanted more, every time Cotto landed his bombs.

I wonder if Margarito was hiding the pain well or if Cotto's shots were really that easy for him to take. Because he showed no signs that getting punched in the face affected him at all. He would just absorb everything and he just kept doing it.

He wasn't caught. He was never prosecuted. Mosley actually did cheat. Be used steroids and EPO to maintain his form into older age. And used them to bulk up to higher weight classes. He admitted it.

He beat Pac, Barrera, and Morales? I know he didn't beat De La Hoya, Trinidad, or Marquez. Didn't beat Jones or Bhop. Didn't beat Vitali, or give away massive weight to beat Ruiz or Valuev. What top 3 wins are you thinking of?

Plaster or not, that fight was a perfect depiction of submission. Submission of will.

The only better wins if that era was Pac KO Barrera and Forrest UD Mosley. I take into the consideration of how thorough the win was.

Cotto is a highly respected fighter. He was undefeated and 27 years old. And Tony Margs put him on his knees.

But clearly you've never been #InTheRing, or you'd never defend a despicable cheater like Margs

I think there were several better victories in the 2000-2010 era.
    1.Morales vs Pacquiao I
    2.Morales vs Barrera I
    3.Barrera vs Morales II
    4.Barrera vs Morales III
    5.Pacquiao vs Morales II
    6.Pacquiao vs Barrera I
7.Mosley vs De La Hoya I
    8.Hopkins vs Trinidad
    9.Calzaghe vs Hopkins
    10.Pacquiao vs Marquez II
    11.Marquez vs Barrera
    12.Mayweather vs De La Hoya
    13.Pacquiao vs De La Hoya
    14.Jones vs Ruiz
    15.Haye vs Valuev
    16.Lewis vs Klitschko
    17.Forrest vs Mosley I
    18.Mayweather vs Castillo II
    19.Pacquiao vs Margarito
    20.Mayweather vs Corrales

Although, the last five of those are probably roughly on the same level as Margarito vs Cotto I. No, wait. I forgot Hatton's win over Tszyu. That should be in there somewhere. Pacquiao's win over Cotto, and May and Pac's victories over Hatton deserve to be somewhere after.
