There will always be that question about him, and Shane still demolished him big time. Before the fight I thought Shane had a chance to beat him, but I did not expect a wipeout like that. That was an outclassing. Great win for Shane. He deserves it. In a way Shane has been fighting the good fighters in the divisions while Oscar looked for easier fights, and look who got the beating? Oscar. Shane is now regarded as a great fighter better than Oscar ever will be. Oscar could not have really outboxed Shane. He does not have the right hand Shane has to counter Antonio. I think Margarito would have beaten Oscar that night.

 

I haven't sentenced him as a cheater just yet, my intelligent guess is that he did... but I am waiting the outcome of the investigation.

 

Truth be told Margo did it, if they didnt then they would not have made them change it and take the pad into evidences...I think that only thing in question is what was on the pad??? Its merely a matter of how serve the punishment will be, based on what was on it...I think that if nothing was on it then it will be a short rest for Margo, maybe just the 90 days that he wouldnt be allowed to fight anyways due to being knocked out, if there was something on it but not Plaster of Paris then a year or two, if its something like plaster or somekind of hardening agent then maybe for good and some bunk time with three hots and a cot:good

Not that it needed to be pointed out, but even Shane Mosley himself made reference to the fact that Margarito barely hit him - so what difference does it in fact make that Margarito didn't have his gloves loaded? MOSLEY WOULD HAVE DONE EXACTLY WHAT HE DID ANYWAY. CLEARLY.

 

Of course he didn't cheat. They caught him before he had a chance to cheat. LOL.

Now on a more serious note, I'm eager to hear the verdict from the commission.

So if he is found guilty than there is question of the legitimacy of his past victories.

 

They will deny it,with sanctimonious,'holier than thou' BS,but the Floyd joyboys desperately want him to get found guilty of this.

I just read in the Rican paper....Cotto feels the same way....they were bringing up the issue of the handwraps and he said that he doesn't want
to take anything away from Margie....that he had a great victory that night and only Margie's camp knows what they did or didn't use, but
he had a great win that night and deserves the credit for it.

Like I said in another post....Cotto is a better man than me....I wouldn't handle it so cordially.

FYI...he also said he has put the loss behind him and is focused on his next fight and they have asimilated the loss and know what the reasons are....and looking forward to rematch.
