i always thought it was strange that he was shaking hands with the team etc after stopping cotto, i assumed he wouldn't be doing that if his wraps were loaded. but **** knows, people are gonna debate this forever and no-one knows for sure.
I think its something that we will never know for sure. I'll remain dubious on it for now. But I will always feel that if the California commision was so sure of its findings, it would have turned the evidence over to the DA. The only reason I can guess for them not doing so is that they did not want anyone else conducting an investigation after they had already suspended a fighter and trainer.
If he cheated against Mosley in a fight considered a tune-up to a Cotto rematch then he sure as hell cheated against Cotto in a fight he wasn't expected to win and was known to be his last big shot.
