If by ATG you mean a HoF fighter, then that would be Genaro Hernandez. Floyd beat him in only his 17th professional fight.

Corrales is not an ATG, but may make the HoF as well.

Never heard of him. Floyd always cherry picks fighters past there prime. Thats what he probley did. Pernell is a far better fighter than jab and run bedwetter.

Floyd did a great job @ 130. Still why he didn't face two of the top guys, Casamayor and Freitas there, or @ 135 (along with Johnston) leaves a bad taste when a few of those defenses could have been ditched. In my opinion at least. CLeaning out means there's no one left. At least by my book.

The differenec between Corrales and Floyd is heart and courage. Corrales had the heart of a lion. Floyd did not possess those traits.

Why is that? Floyd never had the guts to get it on with a real fighter plain and simple.

Never heard of Genaro Hernandez? ROFL

You're such a boxing newbie. Stick to watching water polo or something.

You've never heard of Genero Hernandez...don't know anytyhing about his 130 stint...why should you be taken serious? It sounds like you don't even know much about Mayweather.

He hasn't been fighting FAKE fighters BTW. :patsch

It doesn't take heart and courage to be a professional boxer? :patsch

Stick to your armchair quarterbacking. You're clearly just a fanboy and a hater depending on who is your favorite fighter.

    Hey kid . . . "still cleaned out a division?" 130?

    Back that **** up.

Floyd got the WBC Belt at 130 . . . what about the IBF . . .the WBA and WBO?

When you say you cleaned out a division . . . you ruled over all the belt and title holders and nobody can call themselves champ except you. :deal

I would agree with Casamayor back then. (I think he would have destroyed Freitas anyways)

In fact, I think Casamayor is the only fighter at 130 who could be said that Floyd didn't fight. The division was as cleaned out as it gets, especially by today's standards in boxing.

Paying sanctioning fees is not required to clean out a division. :deal

The main contenders, other than Casamayor, had been dispatched.

I think I asked the same thing in another thread. Casamayor and Freitas were kicking it @ 130 at the time I believe.
