Damp, old gauze hardens just slightly but no where near like a cast, which is what plaster feels like. The trainer's story is non sense and wreaks of desperation.

The Fox your response will be gladly appreciated:

So even though Marg's trainer said it was hard guaze prepared two weeks in advance its not enough proof? Why are they preparing guaze two weeks in advance? And if its hard why are the putting it in Marg's wraps?

The guy is PART OF THE COMMISSION. Not only part of it he is Executive Directior (interim). He's not part of Mosley's camp.. I have no idea what you are talking about.

Dean Lohuis already commented and said a foreign substance was found. Its pretty simple to
    understand.

The front page article writer is just wrong, Mosley's camp is NOT the only one that commented on the handwraps.

The only source for that quote that I can find it that one website. Even IF accurate, all it proves is that is what this guy thought too. It's perhaps slightly more reliable than accusations from Mosley's camp, but hardly definitive. And in no way does it warrant the many other wild accusations that are being made.

There are agendas driving these accusations. There is no evidence - nor is there likely to EVER be - that he did this in other fights. Yet all sorts of people with axes to grind are saying this.

The Fox, Zakman.....you two are on night and day vehemently defending
    Margie....

Are you two positive that you are not on his payroll????????

I'm serious.....there is something rather unusual about your hostility.

Without any evidence to prove that that is just utterly unfounded speculation. What do you have? No tests, not even any accusations made at the time. What you call "common sense" is nothing more than an excuse for SLANDER.

Why not wait for the commission report to come out on this matter before we tar & feather Margarito? It's not looking that great for him but stories often get blown way out of proportion. What if the report comes back and finds that Marg. did not do anything illegal, will we all repost as many mea culpa's as we did accusations?

Here's a couple scenarios; 1) Maybe it's inaccurately reported that he said that 2) Is it against the rules to do that? I don't know 3) If it's such a slam dunk why didn't the commission report on this yet?

I'm not ready to claim guilt of AM until the report comes out. I just hope the damn thing is done correctly with no BS. Why not wait for the report before we say he did it?

Why does everyone keep talking about plaster of paris?

What plaster of paris?.....the simple truth is that Margie had an eye operation the week prior to the fight....and had a bruised knuckle the
day of the fight.....it was just some simple ointment that was applied
    to the wrappings.

The regulators mistook it for plaster of paris because it was hardened
and scraped off like plaster of paris and also formed a block over the knuckles on boths hands....yes both hands, see we needed uniformity.

The STOOPID regulators confiscated the wrappings....STOOPID regulators.
