just saw it on espn news live. it's a 6 month suspension pending the investigation by the CA state commision.
Well there's two ways to look at this: 1) he hasn't been acused of anything and 2) he's about to get in trouble for something. I would honestly imagine whatever was in the gloves has been analyzed and tested by now. And that Margo's camp has been made aware of what they have found. Thats how these proceedings work. Its like court, you don't set a court date before you have the evidence to make a case and to give the defence time to make there case with the same evidence. So we can assume then that the california state commision knows what was in Margo's glove and is about to do something about it. This probably means that some kind of disciplianry action is coming. I'm not sure where you guys are getting the 6 months from cause that won't be decided until after the hearing. I would also guess that if whatever was found was not really that big of a deal someone would have leaked it. Because in bussiness driven sport a professional athlete's credibility and earning potential is dropping the stock market with every day that this goes on. So bottom line: They know what he's done. It probably aint good. He's about to get in ****.
Wow nevermind thats some late breaking news. For What is he being suspended? Has it said yet? Cause isn't the investigation on going?
Yeah no kidding. The rage of all the fans that are questioning the beat downs he's putting on there fave fighters could turn into general rage at the corruptness of the sport. Can't we just ban the trainer and take his purse away like the good old days?
Exactly! People forget the Ca. Commission must have reasonable suspicion to suspend Maragrita pending an investigation. The commission wouldn't suspend him without some evidence. Nothing diffcult about the process to understand.
Is this report really accurate?? Or does it refer to the POTENTIAL suspension he may receive when the investigation is concluded February 10th?? From the press release I read, it seemed as if only a TEMPORARY suspension had been issued, pending the findings from the analysis of the hand-wraps and the decision of the commission at the hearing.
Actually, just the fact that he was given a temporary suspension means they have enough evidence. Boxers usually don't get any suspension if they didn't have the evidence they needed. All they're doing now is figuring out how long a suspension will be. Also will need to make a decision on what to do about his recent wins. He's in deep ****.
YEah thats what it says but you have to read between the lines. The analysis is over. You don't book a date in court if you haven't got the evidence already. But honestly that doesn't mean that its lights out for Margo. It honestly could be something simple like he was using the wrong tape. But honestly the longer this goes on the more it doesn't look good for the guy. Cause if it wasn't a big deal they'd prob have it dorted by know.
