Margarito has been talking in recent media events for the Latin Fury 8 ppv in Tijuana Mexico. Not Commenting on the recent lab results that confirmed "plaster elements". Focusing on his ring return for the month of July In Tijuana Mexico. He says his layers are still trying to overturn his one year ban that was handed down by the csac. He STILL claims he was completely unaware of what his former trainer Javier Capetillo placed in his hands the night he fought Mosley.

Margarito also claims that he struggled with his weight for the fight with Mosley and it cost him the win. He felt very weak and couldn't perform once he stepped in the ring.
