Margarito: I am Confident of Knocking Pacquiao Out!

i really think that margarito can pull this off. he's a beast. plus, he wont be distracted in the ring. if he concentrates on absorbing the punishment, i think he'll knock pacquiao out. im thinking he'll stop pacquiao between round 6 and round 9. i ll give u my official prediction closer to the fight though.

 

People r making a big thing out of this one. There's nothing in it b'sides the fact that Pac can't be hit by the slow feet dragging Margarito and Antonio is all night to be hit fast, hard and from different angles from a smooth mover and a hard puncher. The only doubt is whether if Manny will feel the weight and stay more... Margarito can be a very tough guy and fight back hard if Manny doesn't move swiftly all night long. However it's impossible to make this one into a Margarito-Cotto II cause Tony payed for all those bombs he took from Miguel in his next fight with Shane... He's gonna crack again.

Margo chin and size might be a big factor in this fight, if he applies the same pressure he put on Cotto early, there could be a upset. Pac is gonna have to hit harder or just as hard as Mosley to knock Marg out. If Pac can't hurt Marg it's gonna be a long night for the little man.

 

Pac will get hit. As long as he can keep dishing out some stingers he should be fine. I've never seen Margarito 'respect' someone's offense, he just keeps coming. Maybe when he got rocked by daniel santos, but overall he is not easily eluded. He's the terminator.

 

If Pacquiao can't hurt Margo, its over for him. Margo will be pressuring Pacquiao tremendously. If he can make Pacquiao back up for most of the fight or turn into an inside war, a real dogfight then Pacquiao is hitting the canvas. If he can't hurt Margo, Pacquiao doesnt stand a chance.
