When I saw quotes from the commission itself I thought it was a done deal. But why would they keep quiet this long after the fight? They know what they have, they've known since they confiscated it. There either doing damage control or somethings up..

I find it hard to believe that nobody would have noticed. I'm sure there is footage of his wraps being cut, specially after the Cotto fight. Photographers, camera men, the opposing corner, ref, public, commision heads etc... and nobody noticed?

All the facts are not out yet so I'm suprised you are jumping the gun / jumping to conclusions. You seem awful sure of yourself seen as we have heard so many contrasting stories and that nothing official has been confirmed yet. :deal

    come on bro...
how would it be a smart thing to wear something that your opponent would end up having the softer end to....for example, if true, his opponent would have tape, gauze and a glove protecting him from the block, while margo's knuckles get butchered by the block on the inside with only gauze protecting his hand :rofl

He kept his wraps ON during the Cotto fight...

What you wanna say is that no one noticed how hard his hands were during that time period if he DID use that stuff

    Do yourself a favor...

Have a friend wrap his fist and punch you

Then have it illegally wrapped deliberately and have him punch you again...

Videotape the ****...upload on youtube...and show us all the difference in the punches :good

I'm pretty ****in' sure the second punch leaves a nice mark :yep

Your right, I was thinking of other fights in which he did take his wraps off. If he cheated, he did it blatantly with total disregard to the powers that may be.

i'll gladly bet that if somebody hits me with a loaded glove, it'll probably hurt them more cause of the cushion protecting me....while the only thing protecting his knuckl would be 4 straps of gauze....:good

To be fair, Cotto's knuckles look just as bad, and my knuckles are probably worst from just gym sparring and street fights.

Well I guess we'll have to wait and see if I'm wrong or right then, for now you can continue playing "Fair and wise" for all I care.
