My reason being for Margarito's % being pretty high is that, I think he cheated in the past definitely.

Mosley did cheat in the past as well but the FBI has been up his ass. And there's no way he'd risk doing it again, knowing how much is at stake, money, jail time, his career.

I think mosley was on some steroids for the margo fight!! He threw haye makers for 9 rounds and never got tired!!!
