Calcium is an essential element in building healthy bones and teeth as well as the clotting of blood, the transmission of nerve impulses, regulation of heartbeat, and cell balance. Calcium is a naturally occurring element in the human body, however the body ceases producing calcium by the age of thirty. By this time, the body actually begins a process of removing calcium ultimately causing Osteoporosis with results in weakened bones.

You know you should drink extra water when exercising on hot summer days. What you probably didn't bank on is the need for extra calcium. Sweating buckets during exercise helps your body regulate its internal temperature while ridding your system of toxins and excess sodium. But sodium is just one of the electrolytes lost during profuse perspiration. Calcium is another.

sulfur /sul·fur/ (sul´fer) [L.] a chemical element, at. no. 16, symbol S; it is a laxative and diaphoretic and is used in diseases of the skin.

    QUICK QUESTION...

have you ever used knuckle pads ????

in the gym, many fighters use the same pad over and over and over to avoid making new ones every day......after a while, they tend to get a bit crunchy but no where near hard as a rock the way you kids think.......IMO that's exactly what capetillo grabbed from the bag, just some old pads.......

    Yup.

He should just man up and admit that Margaritos sperm, that he wiped off his mouth and onto his wraps, mixed with the lotion he was using to jerk margarito off, bonded to form a plaster like substance.

That's how you get the smearing effect on the pads, freddy was wiping the cum off his face.

Yes I have, I use them and then I wash my wraps...and if I use tape, I throw them away after my workout! Thats still not excuse for having them in pro bout with some foriegn substance inside them which was later found to be plaster!

I like your effort! You should have been a lawyer!:rofl

Yes he did grab some old pads...some old pre-treated pads!

He won't be able to. The closest thing that anyone can provide that is "official" is the lab results that indicate that they found "traces of sulphur and calcium". Two substances that can be found in sweat, skin, blood etc..... Key word: traces

"Sulfur has an indirect importance, because sulfur compounds play a role in many body organs and systems. Sulfur is in the hair, skin, and nails."

"Since sulfur is a component of all cells, it is essential that the body have a plentiful supply of this mineral in its usable form."

These data suggest that calcium may be lost during heavy sweating conditions (up to 20 mg calcium/hour) and that this loss should be considered in establishing recommended allowances for calcium.

let's say for whatever reason that capetillo did in fact put plaster on the wraps...if he already admitted guilt, and took full responsibilty even knowing he would get banned, fined and possibly put in jail...WHY IN THE **** WOULD HE COVER FOR MARGO AFTER MARGO FIRED HIS ASS ????

dont you guys think capetillo would've thrown margo under a bus by now and came clean if in fact margo did know ????

i mean ****, sleazy eze believe that even though mosley shot himself in the ass with a needle, that he's innocent......why can't margo have the benefit of the doubt.....
