Because the contract was revised. Mayweather paid JMM to change it, not because he missed weight. That's why Mayweather never payed a commission fine.

Interesting you mention degrees of cheating because:

1. Margarito didn't cheat...His Pads were confiscated before he entered the ring.
2. What Resto did, and what Margarito is being accused of are totally different.
3. There are more similarities to what Mosley did with the Resto case.

Basically, what Margarito is accused of doing is not near the same degree to what Luis Resto did.
