Margarito Lost....

Sorry man, but the way he put Cintron down in both their fights and how Cotto's face looked like he slammed into a brick wall repeatedly, was unnatural. Where theres smoke theres fire dude. It so obvious this guys been cheating for a while. All that said, I still think he's an elite fighter. He just not going to be steamrolling guys anymore.

 

Oh... Margarito has been in decline for some time now. I've been saying it since my first day on this forum. He was outrageously slow and clunky in the rematch with Cintron, even by his standards. The beating he took from Mosley had to have put the nail completely in the coffin. This guy shouldn't be fighting at this point for all sorts of reasons. He's fortunate to have this suspension, if he's really lucky he'll end up getting banned for life somehow. That would be the best thing for alot of people, especially him.

 

Okay? And Tonys glove was signed off in the Mosley fight. Just because people were watching doesn't mean ****.

It's an interesting point of view, but I feel that if anybody in boxing has what it takes to bounce back from adversity, that would be Marg.

He might have (intentionally or unintentionally) loaded his gloves, but the gloves didn't help his chin or mental strentgh to withstand such punishment and still comeback and beat fighters. Cotto along with almost all of Marg's opponents, hit him at will with some tremendous shots and it would take Marg about 6 rounds to even the score. That shows the mentality and determination Marg has.

So he has the mind state to make a comeback, now it is up to the body to hold up. Only with time we will know, but it would not surprise me to see him as a champ again.

 

I just cant belive the Margo supporters in the face of the obvious do mother****ers have any decency, integrity or sportmanship anymore? How can you support a guy who could have seriously put Shane's life and health in jeapordy?

Quit trying to justify this convicted fraud by claiming he was shot or peaked eslewhere. Please enough of this ****. How can you still try and justify this mediocrity and cheat. Paster of Paris FFS! Come on, we can't base our judgement on these two things alone. Cintron, "nobody hits that hard, it must have been a headbutt," against Martinez? Since when is Martinez the next Julian Jackson?

And as far as Cotto, many fighters have looked worst after fights, for example Izzy Vasquez against Rafa Marquez, these are much smaller man that ended up much worse than Cotto. Now, were they loading gloves?
