I can remeember a few months ago with my highschool drop out education, and G.E.D in hand trying to teach business classes to some ESB poster here. The throw around the 8 million dollar figure that Floyd left on the table. Think about this. If Margarito had lived up to his end of the bargain instead of getting beat by Williams. How much could they make now? THey could make that 8 million look like a drop in the bucket. That's all anyone was trying to say. "Down the line" Who knew at the time that Margarito would take himself even farther outside of the big money. Margarito is not big fight material, but even so I bet they could make that 8 million look like square change
I think Mayweather should get in the ring with Williams, beating another unbeaten world champion who's just soundly beaten Margarito would look good on Floyd's cv.
If Margo does "a lot" better than De La Hoya did against Mayweather then he surely wins because the Hoya fight was close.
I wouldn't want to see that one. Mayweather not being a natural welter he should pick who he fights there carefully. I would lean more toward the Margariot fight. BEcause like Hatton Margarito is completely beatable, but has enough people thinking he can really fight on that level for whatever reason
Hahahahah who do the **** is Margarito?? Have you seen his record?? He fought only one prospect (Williams) and he lost. Noone wants to watch that fight. People simply dont know who is Antonio Margorito.
Williams is a talented boxer. I'd like to see Mayweather fight one of those rather than another Gatti, Hatton, or Baldomir.
