    Surely getting clearance from NYSAC for Margarito to box would've been the very first thing on Arums to do list?

    If he's knowingly promoted the hell out of this fight, full well knowing theres a chance it may not get clearance (only to get a late sub to step in vs Cotto), then Arum is even more of a scumbag piece of **** than i ever thought he was.

    There's now a story on the scene confirming his license is subject to a hearing on 18/11.
