He (Margarito) was caught attempting to cheat and was never charged with a crime as the DA said they would persue after the lab results came back in America that has to count for something I mean if you know for a fact you have a murder weapon in your hand and lab results come back proving this was the weapon charges are filed so what happend here?:think

That's wierd. I heard Cotto has training for the last three months by installing carpets to get ready to take another knee.

 

Now is the time that he should be training hardest. It is all part of a normal routine. He is tapering hie workload - the intensity is flat out right up until a few days before the fight, but the volume reduces as they get closer to the fight.

I was a big fan of margarito before i found out about him cheating.

Cotto is a true warrior, he only needs an 8 week training camp to whoop hes ass

It was reported weeks ago that Cotto was not only in the gym but that he was sparring.

 

Who hasn't Pacquiao beaten to a pulp of late? the only reason Margarito took it that bad was because he has never had a great defense. By the way if you don't think Margarito had the power in that fight go and check Pacquiao's face afterwards.

As for Mosley, what can you say. It was a great performance. To add to that Margarito was dried out to **** by then, and you can check that on the internet as well.

Throw in the fact Margarito was away for over a year, and has only had 2 fights since, I wouldn't write the man off. I re-watched the Cotto fight yesterday and decided to try and count punches landed by both, difficult, also extremely sad on my part but don't judge me. Anyhow, Margarito landed 233 punches by my reckoning, ridiculous amounts of uppercuts thrown in to the bargain. His win that night had next to nothing to do with a miniscule insert (that was also signed off by the commission on the night and backed up when asked about it later).
