    Bazooka's exaggerating the situation.
The way I understand it is Margo was sent home for being too aggressive in the gym. Here's his own words. “On two different occasions, I made him bleed. Once from the nose, and the other time from the ear. Unfortunately, both times they sent me back down.”

Can you imagine if DLH fought Margo instead of Pac.

A Margo win would make him the face of the sport....very cringing.

I said it before and I'll say it again, how the hell will Margo ever get away with trying to cheat again? He was caught trying and if he ever gets his license back he will be under a very high powered microscope when ever his hands are wrapped that will make it impossible for anything that doesn't belong in his wraps to end up there ever again.

He served his suspension and deserves a chance to fight again. Athletic Commissions should help ensure that him nor anyone else ever gets their wraps overlooked. If this happens again with any other fighter then not only should the fighter suffer a suspension/ban, but so should the Commission members who's responsibility was to oversee the hand wrapping and even whoever appointed that person to do that job

When he returns he will be what he always has been: a huge welterweight with heavy hands, high workrate and an iron chin who is easier to hit than miss. He'll always be a nightmare for most welterweights that don't have the style, skills and strategy to stop his whirlwind attack.

I'm no ODLH fan but I'm gonna call BS, Fraudgirito is slow as ****, has no skill and made 2009 Mosley look like he was fighting in in 1999.

The fact is that one of the main reasons that DLH chose to fight Pac, is because Margarito was at the doorsteps and the public was calling for a Margarito-DLH fight after Margarito had bloodgeoned Cotto.

......so instead of DLH manning up and negotiating to make the fight the public wanted.......DLH thought it safer to make a fight with the smaller Pacquiao......

Little did DLH know that he would actually be fighting Manny Pacroid!:D:hey:yep

First thing that crossed my mind is that Oscar wants to remove one of Pacquaio's options after the Clottey fight. GoldenBoy wants to see eitiher Mosley or Mayweather get the next shot at Pacquaio and by keeping Margartio out of the way that increases their odds.

    You are missing the point.

The dude has paid his dues by being suspended for 1 year.

The right to have earn a living is unalienable.

Would he still be using loaded gloves after he is allowed back? Of course not.

What he did was wrong, but you can not right a wrong by making another wrong decision.

Many fighters had cheated before. Even Mosley cheated. Was he ever suspended or banned for life? There is no distinction in law as to cheating, may it be loaded gloves, or PEDS. Infact, robbing a small cigarette joint would get you the same penalty as robbing a big bank.

Let the guy fight. I am sure that his gloves would be inspected under microscope anyway. The guy has to prove it on top of the ring whether he deserved that "privilege".

People tend to make a generalization that becaue he was caught in the mosley fight, that in all of his career, Margarito cheated! There goes the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

I am not a fan of Margarito as I find him so one - dimensional. bUT THIS GUY HAD PAID HIS DUES.

I agree with this to an extent. But there is also the potential consequences of what he did. Imagine if Mosley had been seriously hurt? Had that happened I don't think many people would have given a **** if he had paid his dues or not.

The potential to cause damage was there, but it did not happen. So?

Example, you get caught with an unlicensed gun, would you be punished for murder because the potential of that gun to actually kill someone is there.

Or you are planning to break-in but got caught before actually doing it. You don't get charge for breaking and entering but rather probably for illegal possesion of firearm or something.

You don't get punished for things that never happened.

PEDS by itself is also dangerous to your opposing opponent as he gains unfair advantage and could potentially cause damage, probably similar to Z Gorres (not saying that the opponent was using PEDS but only referring to the injuries).

Do you get punished for the potential to cause damage? Otherwise, boxing would be illegal.

It does not have anything to do with it.

He simply wants to eliminate Maragrito as he is a Top Rank fighter. Would he do it if the fighter involved is a GBP fighter? I doubt it.

It is personal, but more like business.

When we had many so bogus decisions involving GBP fighters, did he ever lifted a finger to correct those judging errors?

Perhaps, but I think you may be over-analysing what I have said. He could have caused serious damage and thrown the sport into disripute. He could have ended another man's career all to get a victory. Sometimes it's not worth letting people like that, who have no regard for the sport to fight again.

Loading your gloves to win a fight is not the same as carrying a gun with the potential to do anything. Margarito loaded his gloves to do damage but failed.

And sorry, your last sentence doesn't make much sense.

This I agree with. He is being vocal as there is some angle in there for DLH.
