    Antonio Margarito is contemplating a comeback.
    “
    The Tijuana Tornado” was forced to retire in 2011 due to a severe right eye injury, but says he’s now healthy enough to compete.
    “I need to talk to my family,” Margarito, 37, said to ESPN Deportes.



    “Yes, I have thought about it because my eye is 100%, but I do have the urge and it needs to be discussed. I was surprised (at my performance in the gym) because I’ve been retired for so long.”

    Margarito isn't going to come back if he doesn't have his weapons with him. He doesn't have the guts like Cotto to overcome his weaknesses.

    If he wants to make money, I suggest Margarita wash Cotto's boots and help him by putting up posters for the Canelo fight.

    It would be a predictable, one sided beating. It would be Alvarez vs Angulo all over again.

    I dunno, margs is tall as **** compared to canelo and tougher than angulo. It would not be easy for freckle face

    Margo is the same height as Angulo. He is slow as molasses and is an accumulation puncher. I haven't seen much power from him at 154. It would be target practice for Canelo. All Margo's toughness would do is allow him to take a longer beating.

    He took Cotto's best shots for 20 rounds and kept coming forward though - plaster had nothing to do with that.

    Cotto still has nightmares about Papa Antonio coming for him :lol:
