Margarito rejected $4 Million to rematch Williams

    Because he wants to rematch Cotto. That's what Jim Lampley said last night at the Mosley vs Mayorga telecast. Did you hear it? What you got to say?

    so basically you are saying that Lampley was lying about that. ,, I can understand some moves by the promoters and managers ,,why you want to make your guy rematch someone that already defeated you?..

    Im being serious,, Its like the situation with Cotto, why expose him to career end in a rematch with margarito?

    Trust me guys is boxing,, but its all business, thats why im very scepticle when people say ,This boxer ducks that one and so and so

    Why would Maro fight Williams when he can fight Cotto? He may get more money to fight Cotto, and he's already proven that he's too much for Cotto. There's no reason for him to take similar money to fight a more difficult opponent.

    Yea to hell with the idea of beating the fighter and current champion that made him his ***** once before. That would almost be admirable, desirable, or even credible......Its dumbass ideas like yours that run boxing into the shithouse......

    cotto also deserve the rematch but margarito also has to fight williams if he wants to make a statement as the best 147 pound in the world.

    Williams should fight clottey or berto then if both williams and margarito win they can unify (hopefully)

    See thats what promoters do and tell their boxers,,,but if you got the balls and have the heart you go against the guy who beat you ,,its human nature to do it , if i beat you ay something you would want a rematch right?:huh

    If Margarito really wanted to fight the best and take all comers he HAS to fight Williams again. 4 million dollars is a whole lot of money, add to that the chance to avenge a CRYSTAL CLEAR decision loss...there is no way that this ISNT a ducking. PURE AND SIMPLE. He's trying to capitalize on his new found status as the "man" in the Welterweight division (which is a joke by the way) because he knows he can't beat Williams. He is just waiting for Williams to outgrow the division or hope to catch him weight drained later down the road. ***** ****ING BULL****. Make the fight, take your shitload of money and if you lose at least you lost fighting.

    Margarito isn't half the badass of Mosely is. Mosely fought Forrest twice even though he knew it wasn't going to be easy. Mosely fought Winky when no one would and still rematched after losing. That is a how a man picks fights. For pride.

    Willaims would fight Kelly Pavlik in a heartbeat because he is a fearless badass. You guys really think he's afraid of little ol' Margarito? **** Margo. You guys thought PBF hijacked the division? Get ready for some ****...
