He'll have to actually outpoint a guy for 12 rounds with just as much and probably more stamina than him, and with a good chin. Plus he'll have to try to win rounds early from a guy who is a size and style nightmare for him. I think Arum has long realized this.

AM's manager(I forget his name, I think it is Diaz) filed papers saying that he thinks AM got cheated. I'm not sure if he filed saying he wanted an immediate rematch. There was no rematch clause. AM had no power to demand anything like that unless there was suspected foul play. There was none. Williams did not have to rematch AM, and he even said he WOULD rematch AM after the fight, and later on down the line. AM as far as anything that I've read said he would only fight Williams if Arum promoted the fight. Arum hit the jackpot, and got amnesia. He is forgetting about Williams, and Arum doesn't care because he can blame Haymon. Arum is a clown...

Williams and Goofy Goosen refused Tony Margarito a rematch after the first fight it was their fault. BUT It was lucky for Williams that Tony didnt get him in the ring again.
