Ok, you're right. have a good day sir.

I agree, the situation is comepletley different. Mayweather never needed to avenge a loss. I guess it's different when you taste defeat like Margarito did. You're more inclinded to give rematches to fighters you already knocked out instead of getting back in there with the guy that beat you.

I agree. He knows Clottey would give him hell and was doing good against him until injuring his hands. He knows that he can't beat Paul he has no styles advantage against Williams and Williams will only get better because he's a young fighter while Margo will start to slip because of his style. So it leaves him fighting a smaller man who he knows can't hurt him or possibly stand up to his attack over 12 rounds ***** move if you ask me.

Cotto = A man Margarito already beat
Williams = A man that beat Margarito

So that automatically erases Williams' win over Margarito and now Margarito is the man to call the shots. Makes sense in an Aztek_Cabdriver's world for sure.

And because he's the man to call shots as he was constantly promoted as the "Pride and legacy seeking" mammoth why isn't a rematch with someone that ALREADY BEAT HIM an option all of a sudden?, it doesn't matter what Williams said before, it matters what he's saying right now.

Margarito is seeking money, END OF STORY. He's trying to make money out of the position he earned right now and he's doing the RIGHT thing. But some of his ******ed fans deny that, I know exactly what he's planning to do right now and that's what everyone else would do, make some money. When I see some of his fans claim he's still seeking legacy you know they're in denial and are a bunch of liars. Funny how fighting Williams is no longer an option nor was fighting another man that beat him in Santos at 154, but he would gladly move to 154 for a fight with DLH instead.

    Legacy?, yeah.

AM fans will say anything won't they??? lol. you can point out the truth, and they still will try to make Williams look like a coward...lol. You can't argue with these types of fanatics. Do you really think you can change this kind of posters mind by posting the truth? lol.

Pit, logic will not work. When you petition someone, you go to a higher authority so that they can look at the case of what is going on. AM and Diaz can't petition for an immediate rematch when there is no rematch clause. They can try, but that is not what a petition is for. AM was disgusted at the decision, and in all actuality, only AM was disgusted with the decision, and suspect foul play in the scoring. Arum said there was no foul play and told AM to accept the decision. AM said he would NOT fight Williams unless Arum promoted the rematch. AM petitioned the WBO I believe to look at the fight again and see if the fight was scored badly, and if it was, then order an IMMEDIATE rematch. Their petition was looked at and rejected. These fanatics that you are talking to are just arguing just to argue. AM is not rematching Williams, and they turned the argument around on you and other objective fans. :nono This won't ever fly with a poster like me lol. I look at two sides. Williams could've felt offended by AM's petition, and said he wouldn't give AM a rematch, and they never said that.
