Margarito sounds off on Cotto

    No, thats B.S. Why should the man who won have to go to the losres backyard? If Cotto really felt he would win, he should challenge AM to a fight in Mexico.

    That would be great but Margarito doesn't have that kind of option right now. He'd be lucky to even get Cotto in the same ring with him or any other big fights. Plus, I don't think Cotto has the cojones to fight in Mexico and he wouldn't give margarito that kind of advantage. It makes more sense for Margarito to travel to PR and fight.

    There's no evidence that Mosley cheated against Margo just like there's no evidence that Margo cheated against Cotto. I however have decided to form my opinon in reguards the Margo scandel with applied logic in that Margo had way more incentive to cheat against Cotto than he did against Mosley. Mosley was caught once and so logically thinking it would be unlikely for him to try and juice again just like it would be unlikely that Margo attempts to load his glove again from here on.

    The first fight mine as well have taken place in Mexico because Margo clearly had the home field advantage. Beside after being exposed as a cheater he should lose all of his bargaining rights for beating Cotto. If I'm Cotto I only fight Margo in P.R. or MSG and if I'm Margo then I oblige.

    Cotto is in a no win situation - beat Margo and the excuse will be Margo is rusty after a long layoff, he's shot after Mosley, he's distracted....

    Yeah, after 6 thousand posts in this thread, we get it. Guess it's all supposition, though, isn't it? Especially after Shane steamrolled and brutally skull****ed Marg.
