Margarito Strengthening Legs, Looking To KO Pac Early...

    Margarito's been running up mountains in hopes of strengthening his legs so when he plants and punches, it'll be with greater force. Is the thinking here that Margarito can withstand Pac's punches for 12 rounds so long as he gets to plant and deliver what will hopefully be a KO blow?

    Can't hurt his chances in this fight. I just hope he doesn't focus too much on his power and planting his feet and miss opportunities to score points. He'll have a hard time catching Manny period. This could work or it could back fire. Either way it's gonna be a very entertaining fight.

    Margarito will NEVER win a decision even if its a close fight against Manny.
    Tony should be looking for a stoppage.

    Planning on bullying pac with superior power is the shittest preparation for fighting him, surely. Just look at a few of his more recent fights where the other guy tried to bully him and how it worked out for them.

    I see this as a very difficult fight for Manny as Margarito is no joke. I am wondering whether the Mosley bout was just a strange aberration as Tony never gets stopped like that. I do not see this fight as foregone conclusion.

    One thing's for sure... Pac ain't knocking Margarito out!

    Margarito ate like 200 Mosley power shots and he wasn't even cut or bruised. When he went down, it looked like he did from sheer exhaustion, and not from being vicious beaten...

    It's gonna go to a decision, and the longer Pac is in the ring with Margarito, the more dangerous it gets... Yikes!

    Hahaha.

    I saw Donald Faison outside of a club in Boston once. The bouncers didn't recognize him and he was trying to play it off like he didn't immediately want to go right in. He was on the phone for 15 minutes before the manager came down and greeted him.

    Cool guy, though.

    Antonio Margarito is planning on planting his feet to throw power shots at Manny Pacquiao? Sounds like he needs a new strategist in his camp.

    I fully expect a good showing from Margarito, he has plenty to prove after being brutaly knocked out By Mosley, this fight gives Tony a rare opportunity to beat the man that there is to beat....
    the question is should he win against Pac, does Tony make the same mistakes he made after beating Cotto? does he begin to allow his head to blow up? does he not take his first defense as serious as he should?

    Does he even have anything left after being knocked out like that? those kinds of knock outs can take it out of you... and honestly Margarito didnt look that great in his last bout//// but that doesnt mean much considering his corner advised him to box which is not in Tonys style I expect a performance or style much like the one he brought for the Cotto fight, if that knock out loss didnt take it out of him and he puts pressure like that Manny will get knocked out.

    He can have concrete in his legs, ass and even feed the cabdrivers that care to support him concrete as well and he's still not going to win this. This is the only fighter/person I hope dies in the ring or is permanently disabled. A cheater in a sport like this doesn't deserve to live let alone get a payday like this.
