Man, Oscar hadn't fought at 147 for 11 years, and failed to make the 150 catch weight in his previous fight!?

He came in 3 pounds overweight for Steve Forbes.

Anyway, that wasn't what screwed Oscar. It was the rehydration clause Roach made him agree to.

The dude had to enter the ring at 147 pounds for god's sake!?

Want to know Oscar's in ring weight for his previous 147 fight with Tito? 167!

He was 20 pounds lighter than his usual 147 fighting weight.

Man, Pacquiao beat De la Hoya so easily, as De la Hoya was fighting as a super featherweight.

    Man. Get this

Manny in ring versus Marquez = 146

Oscar in ring versus Manny = 147

    ?!?!?!

Oscar and Cotto were weakened by the weight restrictions.

    Catch weights and rehydration weights.

I wish people would accept, Manny only fights guys bigger than him, if their weight advantage isn't allowed to be too much.

    He'll accept 7-8 pounds. Not 20...........

Oscar was 22 pounds heavier in ring than Mayweather

    LOL

so it went from "If you sign the contract then you're happy to fight under the stipulations. "

to "Oscar was drained, rehydration clause, Cotto was drained, excuse excuse excuse"

That's the kind of double-standards that need to GTFO

they're signing contracts like this for the money with the hope that they can make the weight. Sometimes your mind believes it but your body says no.

Yes there was, but going up 175lbs between the win over Cotto & the start of training camp for Mosley is the reason for the struggle! Guy was walking around over Two Stone more than he boxes at.

It was supposed to be 151 at first and I like how they managed to make it 150, they just had to get that last little pound. Roach loves that ****

At the moment margario knows his body can get down to this weight with constant struggle, but he knows he cant perform at his best like this, he has no other option as he is fighting one of the best in the world and has the chance even though remote to get his career on track and a nice cushy payday.

Pac will layout this cockroach in the late rounds not just because pac is a good puncher but also because of the dehydration that his body would hAVE ENCOUNTERD.

I agree with you that Oscar was SEVERELY drained in the fight with Pacquiao but no way did he enter at 167 against Tito

no one will use that excuse. more like pac is not mentally hungry or focus now that he thinks he has achieved what he needs to achieve in boxing and wants to do good in politics. if pac gets beaten, this is more likely the case.
