How can you even attempt to think that Nazeem would just out of the blue accuse Margorito for no reason if there was nothing wrong as you're trying to imply??? Nazeem did his job, but if Tony is really innocent he has a right to appeal its part of the legal process I really think they should have conducted further test to confirm what that substance was.

Let's get things straight!

Antonio Margarito wasn't suspended because they found plaster in the gloves (it was proved later), but because he had ILLEGAL PADS inside BOTH wraps - which happened to be covered with plaster-like mysterious substance, but it wasn't the case.

He and the trainer were banned because of the illegal substance, the padding he had in both wraps. The CSAC never said he used plaster of Paris. You can't sue someone for something he didn't say. All they said that anything illegal, like an extra padding is prohibited, therefore:

It is a FACT that Margarito had illegal handwraps --> 1 year suspension.

That may be true but for the guy( C J) to sit back and say that Nazeem should be sued is rather low given he's only looking out for the safety of his fighter.
