So what happens with Cotto Now? Do you think Cheato used plaster against him? If so, you think he will admit to that? If he does admit to it what happens then? Is the same as with drugs, ie. results becomes a NC? Can Cotto once again have an undefeated record?

 

No - they have no way of actually proving he had doctored hands for the Cotto fight

 

This is the tragic side of a culture of "win at all costs".
Margirito could have killed an opponent or smashed his own hands but Capitillo would have just moved on.

Giving them 1 year is an indictment on the integrity of the commission.
What he did was a dangerous filthy act. They should have been banned for life & the reasons should be attached to every boxing register, just so that all those fighters that lost to these *******s can get some comfort that they were fighting ****ing cheats.

For mine, this commission has adopted a "There's money in Margirito so we'll keep him around" disgraceful acceptance of this affair.

Arum leaves plenty to be desired as well.
