I disagree. I think the first couple of rounds will be all about Margarito coming forward, applying the early pressure and Pacquiao will evade and stay away from the ropes. I think Pacquiao's hand and foot speed will win the fight. I'm not expecting Pacquiao to land a punch like he did against Hatton but after he has seen what Margarito has to offer in the first couple of rounds, he will land those lightning-fast combinations and move out of range before Margarito can even react. Pacquiao on points or late TKO and Margarito will look like an amateur.

i actually think Pac may get a KD.....with Marg's wide punching and as fast as Pac is and his power can easily knock a person down who is off balance.....with Margo's wide punching he will get hit with something he doesnt see......

Look at Coto fight..i think it was two KD's and both came when Pac hit him with lightning shots as Cotto was about to throw a pucnh that was wide.

Margo is tailor made for Pac. A slow wide come forward plodder with no jab who will come in wide open and not fight tall. Margo will be nothing more than a big slow moving target for Pac who he will tee off on from all angles and get back out before Margo can return fire.:deal

Of course its possible that Marg wins, but I've learned not to discount Pac. First, DLH was to big and strong, then Hatton was, then Cotto was, then Clottey was... ... ...

If the odds are 5-1 for AM then it's worth a punt, his durability, size and relentlessness make him one of the more dangerous opponents PAC would have faced. A live underdog.

He uses little movement Margarito. I think he is tailor made for Manny.
of course with size difference you always have to give him a chance no matter who the smaller guy is but the real odds based on how he looked after being caught with loaded gloves and his style the odds are actually bad if you want to bet Margarito. He should be +650 - +700.
Good value if you want to bet Manny or good match to stay away from and wait for better value.

if margo could just sneak in just one solid punch.... pac would be in deep trouble.
margo is relentless. margo will fire back while absorbing those 5,6,7, combo from pac.

Margo is tailor made for Pacquiao. I agree. But Pacquiao is in there with a man who is just going to be too big and too strong. I am telling you guys right now. Margarito will not go the way of David Diaz or De La Hoya. He is going to walk through the Pac early onslaught, and he will destroy the Pacman.

Pac is too fast and Margarito is too open. His chin will not be the same b/c Shane destroyed it. He is older more shop worn and he is slow as balls. Pac can do what he wants to do.

good point about Shane 'hitting and holding'. he enforced that gameplan from the start and due to his size over Tony, completely out-hustled him, subsequently landing bomb after bomb on him with nothing coming back. i don't see Pacman doing the same sort of thing, and the size advantage will be to Tony. this really could be a classic battle.....

if margarito can stand against pacquiao's left hands he will win the fight. pacquiao is faster and will throw alot of punches, margarito in the other hand will fire back. and we get to see how the weight limit affects pacman and how strong margarito is, whenever pacman bull rushes in, he wins most the time when he dont get hit while punching. and when he does get hit, he stops, then charges again. i believe the only way to neutralize pacman, is hide your chin and fire right back.
