His point is at that time Margo should have still been fighting as an AM but in Mexico you can turn pro earlier than in the US. PBF fought at 120 something as an AM but when he turned pro he fought at 130. If Margo would have turned pro at let's say 18 or 19 he probably wouldn't have been fighting at 135 but at a higher weight.

Williams (but he moved up so he has to wait now)
Clottey (he will still lose and use his hand as another excuse knowing the last injury was a ****ing bruise on his knuckle)
Cotto (mega rematch)
Berto (WBC title)

Mosley is an option nothing more, Shane has not done much in the last few years I still think his biggest win in the last couple of years was against Collazo, and that isnt saying much.
