Well, you done made me do it.........

They were not just old pads. Be careful who you believe on ESB. Because no matter how they dress it up and how many times they say it, it doesn't change the truth.

The man was caught trying to cheat.

Or read a few excerpts from those hearings.

License inspector Mike Bray was called to testify and to reiterate what was found on the hand wraps–which he said looked “moist and dirty looking. Recalling what he saw when summoned to the dressing room and first seeing the wrap,

“I immediately retrieved it. I believe it was an illegal pad–it needed to be confiscated. I observed what appeared to be a bloodstain. It was not new and their was

When Lohuis walked in he saw the tape was too far back on the wrists and told them take it off and in both English and Spanish, trying to calm them down as the wraps were removed again. Having over 25 years experience he said he’s supervised over 20,000 fights. When questioned if he still believed the hand wraps were indeed illegal he stated firmly,

“No doubt then, no doubt now. The wraps I found had the knuckle pad altered in some form.

The dude got punished, but he didn't get what he deserved.

    Are you ****ing serious !?!?!

I bet your the kind of guy that could catch his woman sleeping with another guy, and because the other guy piping your woman was wearing a condom or because she says he didn't cum in her, you believe she wasn't technically cheating.. :patsch

I'm pretty sure the wrap confiscated was enough evidence to determine that they were PREVIOUSLY used. They were hard and had red stains

He's served his time, so he should be allowed to fight anywhere, if he passes their health tests and stuff.

Why should he be punished more than what he already has? He was found guilty, punished for a year and should serve no more punishment.

Listen isn't his suspension up now? Wasn't it only a year?

I think this is a tad unfair and I'm not even a Margo fan.

Ya'll act as if this one year suspension was the final verdict for punishment. Just because Arum says that Margarito would get relicensed in one year doesn't mean that he 'served his time' and should be able to fight again.

A one year suspension is a one year suspension. Seeing as how he hasn't DONE anything since then, there's no point in "reviewing" the matter. He was punished for a year, it's over now and he should be allowed to fight.

It was an indefinite suspension, with the ability to re-apply for a license after a year. He remains suspended until California relicenses him.

I think that's EXTREMELY excessive to be completely honest. The guy did the crime, served a relatively fair punishment and now this? It's excessive. I'm not saying give the guy a grand entrance but I think we need to consider where we stand on this issue.

Edit: **** I shouldn't be typing during Con Law class.
