I merely asked in regards to the Margarito scandals, news has come out that has said that the NSAC video tapes the hand wrapping process.

That's where you're wrong. His punishment was not a year out of the ring. His punishment was that his liscense was revoked. When your liscense is revoked, you can apply to get it back after a year. However, again, no commission has to grant the request.

The pads in Margo's wrap has a substance on them that was noticeable. The pad were deemed hard by the guy who took them out.

"Firm and Hard" and it another quote, "stiff and hard" from the same guy.



Clearly these pads were hard and had a substance on them that shouldn't of been. Whether it was sperm or hand cream. Whatever it was shouldn't of been that. But that doesn't take away the hard pads inside the wraps.



AND - The people who testified quite a few of them said plaster like.
